I have to admit I went into using a broker with caution. I work in the tax industry and see a lot of clients get burned with outlandish fees. This was NOT so with Doug. I was very pleasantly surprised with such low fees paid overall. It was less than I anticipated. We also needed our loan to go through as fast as we could, which Doug made happen in less than 3 weeks! I would definitely use Doug in the future.
